Now that I have had the evening to play around with Windows Mobile 6 on my Samsung Blackjack I have a few impressions. First off the "My Location" feature now works with google maps, it took awhile the first time but it started working and has been working all evening. Second I am really excited about it now works with handsfree link in my RDX, I missed this feature as I had it with my razr in my TSX. Lastly the ability to search the company directory under contacts is kind of cool. I will not get a ton of use out of this as we are a small company, but in a large company I can see how this would be very useful. I have not tried them out yet but you do get the mobile office apps as well. All in all it is a pretty good free update.

Steven and I went down to the Acura dealership about a week ago. I traded in my TSX for a RDX and I am really enjoying it. Took me a little time to get the pictures up as I have been doing some site backend programming since I moved off of blogcfm, where my photo albums were hosted. The backend is not done yet but I can at least upload photos without opening SQL enterprise manager.

Had a great time on vacation this weekend in Louisiana, if you know me well you know that Louisiana is not my favorite place to visit, however visiting my friends and family makes it great. I was a little sad to drive back today; the time always seems to pass by a lot faster when you are having fun. The wedding I went down for was beautiful (Congrads Kim), and it was nice to spend the afternoon in Baton Rouge.

Now for the gas mileage, I have nothing against my gas guzzling brethren, but I had a big smile passing them today knowing that I was able to get 500 miles on a single tank of gas. I am very impressed with my TSX Avg MPG. I was able to get what I think is a very respectable 31+ mpg doing mostly 77 on the interstate. This car is still amazing me.

I am a little excited today, this afternoon I get to take my car on its first road trip. I will be driving to Louisisna after I get off of work. If you remember I have been tracking my TSX Avg MPG since I purchased the car back in December. All of the 8000 or so miles I put on the car so far have been in the Atlanta area. I am really interested to see what kind of mileage I can get on the open highway. Of course I will update my TSX Avg MPG page as soon as I get back to a computer might be a couple of days, it is a vacation right.

Here is the code as well as a download with a Microsoft Access database of my little TSX Avg Mpg page. A couple of people from acurazine asked about it so I decided to put it up. Final got some time to take some exterior pictures of my Acura TSX. I braved the cold yesterday (it was 48°F) to wash it up real good. Today I went to a park right next to my house to snap a few pictures.

I finished up a little coldfusion page to keep track of my fuel information for my Acura TSX. It is still a work in progress but you can take a look at it here. I hope to get sometime in the next month or so to fine tune it. When I am done I will make it available for download with an access database backend. I am running it with a mssql backend.
