New Bern, North Carolina

Arrived back from San Francisco Thursday at 2:00PM Eastern after starting the day at 3:00AM Pacific. Hopped the Marta got home at 3:20PM showered and Amy and I were on the road for 4:30ish heading to North Carolina. Spent the night in Florence, South Carolina woke up Friday and was in New Bern, North Carolina by lunchtime. Went down to Fort Macon for the afternoon and snapped a couple of pictures. Spent the afternoon grilling out Saturday with some wonderful people. Then Sunday it was back in the car for the trip back down to Atlanta. All in all it was a great but too short of a vacation. Had the opportunity to meet lots of nice new people and spent some time getting to know them.
